These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to tkoleadgen.com, our free Google Business Profile audit tool, and related pages and tools (together, the "Site") operated by TKO Lead Gen ("TKO Lead Gen," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by interfering with its operation, scraping it with automated tools, trying to access it without authorization, or submitting false information or information about a business you are not authorized to represent.

Free audits

Our audit tool reviews publicly available information about a business, such as its Google Business Profile, reviews, keyword rankings and online presence, and produces an estimated snapshot. Audit results, rankings, market estimates and recommendations are for general information only. They can change at any time, depend on third-party data we do not control, and are not a guarantee of any ranking, lead volume or business result.

Communications

If you give us your contact details and agree to be contacted, we may email, call or text you about your audit and our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails using the unsubscribe link.

Paid services

Paid services are governed by the proposal, order or service agreement you sign with us. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Third-party platforms

Our services involve third-party platforms such as Google, search engines, AI tools and directories. We are not responsible for their policies, outages, algorithm changes or decisions, including suspensions or ranking changes.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, design, text and graphics belong to TKO Lead Gen or its licensors. You may view and share your own audit report, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute the Site or its tools without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and audits are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TKO Lead Gen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site or any audit. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify TKO Lead Gen against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
