This policy explains what information we collect through tkoleadgen.com, our free Google Business Profile audit tool, and our related services, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request an audit, fill out a form, book a call or contact us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and business address.

Business information we look up. To build an audit, we review publicly available information about your business, such as your Google Business Profile, reviews, rankings for chosen keywords, website, and listings on directories and AI search tools.

Information from your accounts, with permission. If you become a client and grant us access to your Google Business Profile or other accounts, we access them only to deliver the services you asked for.

Automatic information. Our website and audit tool may collect standard technical data, such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools.

How we use information

• To generate and send your audit report and explain the results
• To respond to your requests and schedule calls
• To provide, manage and improve our services
• To send you information about our services, if you agreed to receive it

Text messages and calls

If you check the consent box on our audit form, you agree that TKO Lead Gen may call or text you, including with automated technology, about your audit and our services. Consent is not required to get an audit or to buy anything. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data is never shared with third parties, except service providers that help us send the messages.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run our business, such as our audit and Google Business Profile software provider, email, scheduling, CRM and hosting tools. They may use it only to provide services to us.
